Peer Workforce Management and Online Services: Are They Aligned?

Web-header-2016-EF-2

PSS is honored to be presenting at this year’s National Conference on Peer Support, to be held April 27-29 in Toronto. Aligning with the conference theme of “Leading Recovery”, we’ll be presenting the results of a national survey on the management of online peer workers, combined with some of the lessons we have learned in six years of operating peer support groups in an online, web conference format.

An integral part of our mission is to advance the profession of peer support, which encompasses workplace issues as much as it does subject matter-related issues.

Our workshop will share the results of a national survey of best practices in online peer worker management. We’ll combine the study results with our own five years of experience to review the challenges and opportunities for HR, clinical management, the peer worker and the organization.

If you’re able to attend the presentation, I look forward to meeting you. If not we will publish the results shortly.
